INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Less than USD $250    

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and exchange of unopened products will be allowed within 14 days of delivery. Food products are excluded from the policy. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] 

Returns will be in the form of a store credit minus the cost of the return shipping fee.

Exchanges can be made for a different SKU of the same product (i.e., colour, scent etc.). Please note courier services would be at the customer expense.

 

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

For products that are found to be defective upon receipt, the customer must submit a claim within 14 days of delivery. Submit the following details to [email protected]:

  1. Transaction number
  2. Photographic evidence of the damage
  3. Description of the damage

For claims that have been confirmed, the customer has the option of:

  1. a full refund in the form of a store credit or;
  2. an exchange of the same product with free shipping.
