In GoNatuur® Users can inform other Users about facts and opinions that they consider of interest to them through the reviews section for each product.
Users will be solely responsible for the content that they upload or publish on the Website without GoPurpose® assuming any responsibility for said content. GoPurpose® will never be held responsible for such content.
It is strictly prohibited to include in GoNatuur® Website content or comments that infringe the rights of GoPurpose® and third parties. In general and by way of example, but not limited to, it is prohibited to include content: (i) that affect or may affect the functionality of the website (as, for example, malware or any other kind of harmful code or software), (ii) that interfere or may interfere the right to honor, personal or family privacy of persons, (iii) that result or may result in infringements of intellectual property rights, (iv) insults, slander, threats and, in general, offensive comments, (v) that violates GoPurpose’s® or third parties’ any other rights. It is also strictly prohibited to include in GoNatuur® Website content that may include any type of illegal content in accordance with European and international applicable legislation. Likewise, the use of GoNatuur® Website for commercial purposes is prohibited unless express authorization or contractual agreement in writing by GoPurpose®.
When providing data on specific persons, the data on said persons should never be private data but strictly professional data already available to the general public in other public sources.
Respect for other GoNatuur® users implies maintaining an appropriate and friendly tone in the comments posted on the Website. Therefore, disqualifications or pejorative comments against other users of GoNatuur® are prohibited.
GoPurpose® reserves the right to censor the activities and contents of Users that involve any of the activities mentioned in the preceding paragraphs of this section, as soon as it becomes aware of them. Users may report any comments or content that they consider to violate the rules of conduct established by GoPurpose® for its GoPurpose® Website at support@gonatuur.com.
GoPurpose® reserves the right to inform the competent authorities of the comments or content of Users that constitute criminal offenses.
Right of exclusion
GoPurpose® reserves the right to withdraw or deny access to the Website, without prior notice, to Users who do not comply with these general conditions of use or the specific conditions indicated in any other case, without prejudice to notification to competent authorities mentioned in the previous section, in the event that said contents constitute a criminal offense in accordance with current applicable legislation. The exclusion will imply -at the discretion of GoPurpose®, the partial or total loss of any and all privileges, including, but not limited to, the Impact Points.

GoPurpose®, GoNatuur®, 意启动®, and 好康来®, among other distinctive signs (logos herein included), are trademarks and trade names registered by GoPurpose® and are protected by intellectual property laws.
All other distinctive signs appearing on this website, unless otherwise indicated, are also registered by GoPurpose® or by their respective owners (usually manufacturers, importers and distributors) who do not grant licenses of any kind to the users of this website. The use of any GoPurpose® distinctive sign, not implicit in the use of this website or in the 2.0 philosophy (sharing on social networks accessible by the public) is prohibited.
The source code, structure, design of the website as well as the texts, drawings, photographs, videos and other graphic, sound and audio-visual elements contained in the website (the Content, hereinafter) are, unless otherwise indicated, the property of GoPurpose® or its stakeholders, partners, collaborators, providers or associates as may be the case.

7. Terms of Sale and Special conditions
Other conditions that govern the use of this website are the Terms of Sale (ToS, hereinafter), the special conditions of each of the products and services that we sell and the conditions of use of our various payment gateways: Alipay, Wechat Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paylah!, Paynow, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Line Pay. Please refer to the respective terms of use for these payment gateways as well.
The purchase of certain types of items or products is subject to special conditions. For example, there are restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages and food with alcohol within its ingredients as is the prohibition to sell alcoholic beverages to minors (under 18).
We strongly recommend you to read the description and all the characteristics of each product that you purchase (e.g.: composition, fabrics and other materials, ingredients, nutritional facts, suggested use or preparation, storage conditions, care conditions and so on) as GoPurpose® shall never be held responsible for discrepancies or changes in the quality or characteristics of the actual products to those provided by the manufacturers or suppliers.
The description of the products included on our Website may vary from the description on the packaging of the products themselves. You should take the photos and descriptions as mere references.

Equally, the terms and conditions contained hereinafter (the Terms of Sale, Purchase Agreement or Agreement, hereinafter) regulate the offer and sale of Products made by GoPurpose® to You, as a consumer, through its Website (www.gonatuur.com) and your purchase of any of them.
The access to our Website and the purchase of any Product in them imply the express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale in the version published by GoPurpose® at any given time that you access it. We suggest that you revisit them every time that you access, otherwise use or buy at the Website.
The products offered in the GoNatuur® Webshop are aimed at end consumers on a B2C basis. In this sense, any purchase order outside the parameters of an average consumer and massive requests for orders from the same buyer or recipient, may not be attended. If you are not acting as an end consumer but as a merchant, please contact our store at www.gopurpose.com.
1. Definitions
Across the Website, the following terms have the meaning indicated below:
“Order” means an online transaction made by You via the Website for one or more Products, to which these Terms of Sale apply.
“Platforms” means any digital way of accessing the GoNatuur® Webshop and includes the Website located at www.gonatuur.com accessed using any kind of device.
“Product” means any product and/or service displayed for sale on the Website.
“Product Description” means the section shown on the Website where specific terms and conditions applicable to certain products are provided, which shall include, but not be limited to, a description, photographic and videographic material and representations, all characteristics, details and prices (including product cost and delivery charges) and/or specific delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees about that Product.
“Users” means the Users of the Website collectively.
“You”, “User”, “Consumer” or “Client” means yourself acting as a consumer and/or user; as such is understood the natural person who makes the purchase of a Product for a personal (i.e. non-commercial) use.
“We“, “Us” or “GoPurpose®” means Go Purpose Inc. Private Limited (GoPurpose®, hereinafter) and, when applicable, all third parties instructed by GoPurpose® involved in the handling and delivery process.
“General Conditions” refer to the present Terms Of Sale applicable to the existing contractual relationship between GoPurpose® and You.
“Special conditions” refer to conditions that apply to specific product families applicable to the existing contractual relationship between GoPurpose® and You.
“Seller” refers to GoPurpose® (refer to the Legal Notice and Terms & Conditions for further identification details) or any third party selling its products in the Website.
“Terms of Sale”, “Purchase Agreement” or “Agreement”: refers to the present sales contract applicable to the exchange of goods between You (as a consumer) and Us (as the Seller).
2. Interpretation
In these ToS:
Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa and words denoting any gender include all genders;
The word “including” will mean “including without limitation”;
The phrases “to the knowledge” or “to the best of the knowledge” of a Person and similar phrases, when used in this Agreement, mean the actual knowledge of the senior executive officers of such Person, after making reasonable enquiry concerning the factual matter in question.
3. Construction
Headings and References: The division of the ToS into articles, sections, paragraphs and subparagraphs, the use of appendices, annexes, schedules and the insertion of headings are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified, references to Articles, Sections, Paragraphs, Subparagraphs, Appendices, Annexes and Schedules are to Articles, Sections, Paragraphs, Subparagraphs, Appendices, Annexes and Schedules to the Agreement.
4. Purpose / Subject matter of the contract
The purpose of the present Agreement is the purchase by You of a Product whose characteristics are described in the Webshop, and its subsequent shipment by GoNatuur® following the provisions of these Terms of Sale.
5. Order process
The purchase of a Product will be formalized from the selection and acquisition of a Product on the Website. Before you complete your Order, GoPurpose® will ask you to validate it in order to avoid any inadvertent errors, reminding you of the non-free nature of its acquisition. To this end, you must validate the shipping and billing address and the payment and delivery methods.
The Purchase Agreement will come into effect when the purchase order made by You (by clicking on the “Place Order” button) is expressly confirmed by Us (e.g. Thank you page and confirmation email) and subject to the reception of the payment.
Once the purchase order has been received from the User, We will send you an email to the email account that you provided Us with during the Order process, confirming receipt of the Order. Said email will contain a summary of the essential characteristics of the Product, contact details of the Seller, as well as a copy of these ToS, and will specify the price, delivery costs as well as any other expense, form of payment and delivery conditions of the Product, and a link to the Right of Withdrawal Form with instructions on how to exercise such right, when applicable.
You must check the content of the communications thereby sent and inform Us of any error or omission that could be detected in it as soon as possible.
In the event that You do not receive the confirmation email from Us within 24 hours from the date the purchase order transmission procedure is completed, You must contact Us via the provided “Contact Us” section of the Website.
In the event that We cannot fulfill your order partially or totally, We will promptly send You an email informing You of this circumstance and offering You alternative solutions (including, partial shipment, product alternatives, and more). This shall be considered without prejudice to your Right to Withdraw from the contract and to obtain a full refund of the total amount paid by You.
In case of restrictions to the delivery of a Product, We will inform you about it at the beginning of the purchase process, so that you can decide whether or not to continue with the purchase process.
Once the online purchase procedure is completed, You agree to print and keep a copy of these ToS.
6. Economic and financial conditions
Currency and Pricing
On the top right corner of the Website, You may choose the currency that You want to pay in. The sale prices of Products indicated on the website will then be expressed in the currency chosen by You.
The prices of the Products offered on the website will be those that appear in it at the time that you place your Order will be total and will detail the shipping costs, the Value Added Tax (VAT), as well as any other applicable taxes, rate or liens that may apply. Insurance, customs and other costs may apply and will be borne separately. These are not included in the prices shown on our Website.
GoNatuur® reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, so you must verify them prior to placing your order. The prices of each of the products indicated on the website cancel and replace the previously published ones.
Payment methods and invoicing
You may make the payment of the price of the requested Product according to the payment methods available, to be chosen at the time of placing the purchase order.
Payments made by credit card or other electronic mean will be made through a protected connection provided by a secure Payment Gateway Provider (Paypal or Stripe), directly connected to the banking entity that owns and manages the online payment service with which GoPurporse® is associated.
If You request for it, an invoice will be sent to You upon reception of the payment, to the electronic address provided by You. For the issuance of the invoice, You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided at the time of placing the purchase order.
7. Availability of Products
In the event that an order exceeds the available units in stock of a Product in our warehouse, GoNatuur® will accept the purchase limited to the available amount or units of the Products in stock and will communicate You via email the expected date of availability of said product in the future. GoPurpose® undertakes to respect the deadlines communicated regarding delivery times, even though they are not binding.
8. Discounts, Gift Cards, Vouchers, Impact Points and Samples
Our Reward system issues the impact points (‘ip’) with pre-defined amount at the product level.
During promotion period, we can define effective dates for different impact points (‘ip’). Impact points can be converted to offset future transactions:
USD 1 = 10 ip;
EUR 1 = 12 ip;
SGD 1 = 8 ip;
RMB 7 = 10 ip;
HKD 8 = 10 ip;
NTD 30 = 10 ip; and
$0 product (such as event tickets, or during special promotions) may be issued with impact points too.
Impact points can be used to redeem for:
Discount on next purchase;
For 1 product (if sufficient points);
For free shipping (for total purchase amount less than USD 100); or
To donate to a preferred charity.
Upon successful registration as a user in GoNatuur you will receive 10 impact points.
9. Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on real time and volume during the check-out process.
After receiving the payment and after checking the availability of the Product in stock, GoNatuur® will send it to the address designated by the User through courier. The delivery will be carried out by our own courier services or by trusted couriers (logistics partners, hereinafter).
GoNatuur® does not guarantee the precision for the allocation of the requested merchandise, since access and the possibility of ordering on-line modify the availability of the product in real time. Consequently, the estimated delivery times are, in effect, mere estimates.
GoNatuur® will notify you by email when your order has been delivered to our logistics partner, so that you can track it.
GoNatuur® agrees to pack the purchased Product in a manner appropriate to its characteristics. We are not responsible for the integrity and good preservation of the Product at the time of delivery by the carrier.
10. Defective products
Below we show you what to do in the event that your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
Product damaged during shipping
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event that the Product has suffered damage as a result of transportation, if the damage is visible without the need to open the package and without prejudice to your Right to Withdraw (see below), You must refuse delivery and indicate the reason in the delivery note.
To show the actual damage at the delivery time, You must take a photo of the damaged packaging and inform GoNatuur® customer service without undue delay and always within 24 hours after receipt of the Product to the GoPurpose.
Incorrect or defective products
You can return incorrect or defective products to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Non-conforming product
The possible presentation of a defect in conformity of the Product must be presented together with the evidence of acquisition of the Product to GoNatuur® (invoice issued by GoNatuur® and delivered to You at the time of purchase).
The presentation of a defect of conformity must be communicated by You to Us by contacting the Customer Service through the channels offered to You for this purpose (find a link to our Zendesk Customer Service on the lower left corner of your screen).
In any of the aforementioned cases, GoNatuur® will communicate You the way in which You will have to return the nonconforming product. Afterwards, GoNatuur® will carry out the pertinent qualitative controls to verify the effective non-conformity of the Product and will provide the analysis to You through the authorized means for this purpose.
In the event of a confirmed non-conformity of the Product, GoNatuur® will you a choice between the possibility of requesting the delivery of another unit of the same product, the refund of the payment made or a balance of Impact Points to make another purchase on the Website.
We will reimburse You for the shipping costs generated in the return of the non-conforming Product and, at no cost to You, for its repair or replacement for a new Product (if this is your choice). In the latter case, the nonconforming product will remain the property of GoNatuur®. The refund will be made by GoNatuur® using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the payment of the Order.
11. User’s Right to withdrawal

You have the Right to Withdraw from the Purchase Agreement, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date when You or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by You has acquired material possession of the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through filling the Right of Withdrawal form and send to us by email addressed to support@gonatuur.com.
The notification must contain a declaration of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract and the following information:
- Your User identification data.
- The number and date of the purchase order or invoice.
- In case of partial withdrawal, the quantity of products that are intended to be returned.
- Your bank account (IBAN + Swift Code) into which the amounts reimbursed by Us must be transferred.
You must return the products in their original packaging. We will not accept the return of perishable products or food. We will neither accept the return of cosmetics and personal care products that have been opened for safety and health reasons.
Likewise, you must return or directly deliver the products purchased to us without any undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you communicate Us your decision to withdraw from your purchase. This deadline will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
Consequences of your withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received by you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive delivery method that we offer) without any undue delay.
We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

In addition to these Terms of Sale, the Legal Notice and Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and the Right of Withdrawal Conditions are applicable to your purchase orders.
Warranty
GoPurpose® runs background checks on every product it markets in its Website and their manufacturers but does not guarantee the authenticity of the Products offered for sale through the Website, and that said Products are manufactured and conditioned in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and sustainability principles.
Liability limitation
GoPurporse is not responsible for the proper functioning of the Website (read the full Terms of Use of the Website above) or for delays in the delivery of orders due to third parties lack of performance or force majeure of any kind, including any circumstances that are not under control or are independent of GoPurpose®.
When GoPurpose® is affected by Force Majeure, We shall notify You by email without delay on the detection of the impediment constituting Force Majeure and its effect. If such Force Majeure persists for over a period of one (1) month after the above-mentioned notice, You may terminate this Agreement by email written notice to be sent to GoPurpose®.
Minors
Minors are not authorized to buy products from GoNatuur®. To place an Order on the Platforms you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If you’re under 18 years old and want to buy in our Webshop, please ask your parents or legal guardians to do so for you.
13. Validity and modification of the conditions of use of the Website
These Terms of Sale are effective as of 16 June 2020. GoPurpose® reserves the right to unilaterally modify its Terms of Sale in the event that there is a change in the legislation in force, case law doctrine or internal criteria. Any changes made to these Terms of Sale will be published at this same URL.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Website and its use by users are governed by the Singaporean legislation and any controversy that may arise regarding the application, compliance or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be resolved before the Courts of the city of Singapore.
